You are gifted a 6-minute grace period from the start time of your appointment. If you arrive beyond that you will be asked to reschedule and marked as a no-show. Failure to arrive on time for a scheduled appointment without contacting Sierra via text or e-mail will result in a no-show and a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling should only take place out of necessity. I understand certain situations are not avoidable or foreseeable. Please contact Sierra directly as soon as possible should something arise so we can work out a solution.
