You are gifted a 6-minute grace period from the start time of your appointment. If you arrive beyond that you will be asked to reschedule and marked as a no-show. Failure to arrive in time for a scheduled appointment without contacting Sierra via text or email will result in a no-show and be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling should only take place out of necessity. If needed please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so may result in a 50% cancellation fee. I understand certain situations are not avoidable or foreseeable. Please contact Sierra directly as soon as possible if anything arises so we can work out a solution.
